Y'all,
My travel/lodging budget for Denver is pathetic. It might be enough to get me there and back by plane or train, but it wouldn't be enough to rent a room there too. So, I'm looking to pool. If you're going to Denver from, or through, St. Louis, I'm willing to pony up $200 to ride along round-trip and, potentially, to crash on your hotel room floor.
Presumably $200 will cover a good chunk of someone's gas.
On the crash space end, I'll bring my own blanket and towel and try to stay out of the way. I'm a smoker, but if you're not I won't be either when in your space (car, room). I may have other crash options, but I can't count on them which is why I'm including them here. Since you're driving, it's your schedule -- I PREFER to leave St. Louis Thursday and return by Tuesday, but beggars can't be choosers. I expect to spend most of my time at the convention ass-deep in business and socializing, so I'll be rather low-impact on the lodging end -- 3 hours curled up in the corner at night, and a few minutes in the shower each morning, and other than that entirely out of your hair.
If you're interested, drop me an email at kubby dot communications at gmail dot com.
Regards,
Tom Knapp
